Shaney Salomon 2014

Shaney M. Salomon

Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer

Shaney is a founding member of Optima Consulting, LLC. Shaney began her high tech leadership career 15 years ago as Director of Finance and Administration and Controller for Data Processing outsourcer, Corporate Computing Services.

There she had full P&L responsibility for the company’s annual budget, including accounting for foreign subsidiaries. In addition, she was responsible for all aspects of HR and company operations. Shaney joined Optura, an SAP Workflow Solution Provider, as company Controller in 2001. In addition to holding operational P&L responsibility, she helped ready the company for successful acquisition by SBI & Company in 2002 and again by Open Text in 2005.

At Open Text, Shaney moved into the SAP consulting line of business and held the position of SAP Client Services Manager where she led highly successful software implementation projects for Fortune 1000 companies. She was recognized for her accomplishments with a promotion to Director of SAP Global Services in 2007. As Director of SAP GS, Shaney was respected for her success in exceeding financial objectives, increasing profit margins, operational improvement and team building. She was also recognized for her ability to influence license and services sales through her broad knowledge of solutions such as Vendor Invoice Management and her expertise in Business Process Optimization and best practices in Accounts Payable.

Shaney is the co-founder of Blanketing Arizona, a grass-roots, community group providing food and blankets to the homeless in Phoenix, AZ and she has been a volunteer at Horses Help, a therapeutic riding program, for the past several years.

Alex Nadesan 2014

Alex Nadesan

Founding Partner and Chief Operations Officer

Alex is a founding member of Optima Consulting, LLC. Alex has over 10 years of experience working with SAP. He began his career as an Officer in the U.S. Army and then made the transition to SAP consulting with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

Alex joined Optura in 2002 and then Open Text in 2005 when Optura was acquired by Open Text. During this time, Alex extended his expertise in Invoice Management and document archiving with specific emphasis in the areas surrounding content, process engineering, solution alignment, deployment/adoption, and process automation/optimization.

His experience ranges from designing solutions, hands-on SAP configuration and project management, to building an SAP workflow practice delivering solutions globally to Fortune 500 companies. His recent background includes responsibility for leading both project delivery and on-going operations where he has successfully demonstrated the ability to increase productivity and drive results. Alex’s focus has always been on client satisfaction.

Alex has an MBA in Finance from Arizona State University and a B.S. in Business from San Diego State University.

Jaime Guiterrez 2014

Jaime Gutierrez

Founding Partner and Chief Architect Officer

Jaime is a founding member of Optima Consulting, LLC. Jaime is a recognized industry expert in deploying solutions that extend and complement SAP in the areas of data and document archiving, process optimization and legacy system decommissioning.

Jaime has spent 12+ years architecting, deploying and optimizing SAP and IXOS-based solutions for Global 2000 clients throughout North America and Latin America. Jaime holds many certifications including SAP Consultant in technologies such as NetWeaver, SAP Archiving, SAP BW and SAP Workflow and was recognized 3 consecutive times as one of the best SAP trainers by SAP Latin America. He holds degrees in Computer Science and Systems Engineering. Jaime holds Framework Methodology certifications in ValueSAP, Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) and ISO 9000. Jaime is a frequent speaker at SAP and Microsoft conferences, SAPUniverse and SAPTech, on the topics of Data Archiving, Document Management and SAP Integration. Before co-founding Optima Consulting Jaime led the SAP implementation team for the archiving practice in Open Text for more than 3 years.

 

Mani Ramaswamy 2014

Mani Ramaswamy

Partner and Chief Solutions Officer

Mani has been a SAP technologist and implementer for over 14 years. He has well established and special competencies in a wide array of business and technology functions within and outside SAP.

His SAP functional expertise spans multiple SAP modules such as Finance, Logistics, Human Resources and Business Intelligence. He holds multiple technical competencies in the area of NetWeaver, SAP Archiving, Web Application Development and Workflow. He has played a wide variety of roles around the areas of Business consulting, Development and solution enablement. Mani began his SAP consulting career at IBM Global Services in 1997. He joined Optura in 2001 and then OpenText in 2005 as part of the acquisition. During this time he was involved in numerous product implementations and was also closely linked to product development. He moved to the role of Consulting Manager within the OpenText Global Services team.

He is recognized as a process expert within the Procure-to-pay (P2P) space and has more recently engaged in a private enterprise to roll out P2P Automation and process optimization for a leading consumer electronics company.

Mani has a Masters and a Graduate Degree in Computing from Monash University.

Brian Lee 2014

Brian Lee

Executive Vice-President, Sales and Alliances

Brian is a 25 year veteran in the software industry having held sales and services leadership positions most recently with InformaXion Solutions, LLC (IXS) and OpenText, Inc.

His career includes eight years with the Oracle Corporation as RVP of Services, VP of Sales and Services for Mahindra British Telecom International (Tech Mahindra), Premier Systems Integrators, The Clorox Company and the Eaton Corporation.

Brian is responsible for Sales and Marketing and the Alliances program for the company. Brian is a member of Optima’s Board.

In 2012 Brian co-founded IXS, an Enterprise Information Management solutions company that was acquired by Optima in 2014. Brian was primarily responsible for the company sales, business development, marketing and the partner program.

Prior to IXS, Brian was Senior Vice President U.S. Sales and Services at the OpenText Corporation, a global enterprise software company and leader in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software solutions industry. In this role Brian managed the U.S. software sales and implementation of the OpenText ECM suite of solutions – Analytics, Archiving, Business Process Management (BPM), Case Management, Document Management (DM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Enterprise Search, Records and Retention Management (RM), and Web Content Management (WCM), and Web Experience Management (WEM). Additionally during his 6 years at OpenText, Brian managed teams that designed and developed specific regulatory and compliance business solution software applications and best practices for industries including utilities, oil and gas, chemicals, and financial services as well as the government sector.

Brian is a graduate of The Ohio State University having earned degrees in B.S. in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Management and Logistics.

Todd Neven 2014

Todd Neven

Executive Vice-President, Non-SAP ECM

Todd is an expert in the ECM industry with over two decades of experience with leading vendor solutions including OpenText, Microsoft, IBM and EMC.

Todd has strategic and day-to-day operating responsibility for all client delivery projects that implement information governance, digital asset management and business process management solutions outside of the SAP technologies. Todd is also a member of Optima’s Board.

Todd was a co-founder of IXS that was acquired by Optima. Todd was responsible for the overall management and execution of the IXS Administrative Operations (HR, Finance & Accounting, Contracting, Security) and Professional Services (client delivery) departments.

Todd previously was the founder and CEO of Momentum Systems, Inc., an industry leading IT professional services company since 1994. Momentum Systems specialized in systems integration, software development and delivering OpenText and Oracle solutions. Momentum Systems became an official OpenText partner in 1997.  Todd participated in an enterprise-wide initiative within Open Text to address the development of vertical business applications for public sector services worldwide. This involved working with the U.S. Government’s oversight committee in the development of standard approaches with repeatable processes and solutions to support them. Many of these accomplishments were made possible by Todd’s strong strategic vision and leadership skills, as well as his functional and technical experience in all aspects of Open Text ECM usage and administration. In 2007, OpenText acquired Momentum Systems where the company was re-branded OpenText Public Sector Solutions (OTPSS) in 2010.

Todd earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree at James Madison University and has completed courses toward his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from George Mason University.
